## 8. CLIENT-SUPPLIED FORMULAS, BRANDS, ARTWORK AND CONTENT
Where a client provides a formula, specification, brand name, trademark, logo, label, artwork, packaging design, product claim, marketing content or any other material, the client shall be responsible for ensuring that it has the legal right and necessary authorization to use such material.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the Company shall not be responsible for independently conducting trademark clearance, ownership verification, copyright verification, patent clearance or legal approval of client-supplied materials.
The client shall be responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, representations and content specifically supplied or approved by the client.
The Company may refuse to use any material that it reasonably believes may violate applicable law, intellectual property rights, regulatory requirements or the rights of any third party.
## 9. SAMPLE APPROVAL AND BULK PRODUCTION
Samples may be provided for evaluation, development, testing or approval purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, samples are not intended to constitute a guarantee that every characteristic will remain absolutely identical in bulk production.
Reasonable variations may occur due to the nature of raw materials, including natural and herbal ingredients, manufacturing processes and other technical factors, provided that the final product remains within the mutually agreed or applicable specification limits.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving samples, specifications, artwork and other relevant materials before final production, where such approval is required.
## 10. RAW MATERIAL AND PACKAGING VARIATIONS
Certain natural, herbal or agricultural ingredients may exhibit reasonable variations in colour, odour, taste, texture or appearance.
Packaging materials and printed materials may also have reasonable manufacturing variations.
Such variations shall not automatically be considered a defect where the product remains within the applicable or mutually agreed quality specifications.
## 11. ORDERS, ADVANCE PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION
Orders may be subject to advance payment, minimum order quantities and other conditions communicated by the Company.
Where raw materials, packaging materials, labels, cartons, bottles, customized components or other materials have been purchased or prepared specifically for a customer's order, cancellation may be subject to recovery of applicable costs.
